Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using PJY Group Consulting's services.
Effective Date: April 3, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the Client's access to and use of PJY Group Consulting's website and services. By using PJY Group Consulting services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
- Payment is due upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Resume building from scratch attracts a fee of $100.
- 7.5% tax fee is added to the payment for each plan.
- Minimum subscription is 2 months.
- Subscriptions with a minimum term of 3 months are eligible for a 15% discount on Platinum. Payments are non-refundable, and the subscription remains active even if the client secures employment before the expiration date.
- Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed.
- Services will be paused until payment for the new cycle is received.
- If payment isn't received within 5 days, the contract will be automatically terminated.
